I mentioned about Changi Village in my previous post and most people should know that there are some sort of transactions going on there when the night arrives. So, I am here to disclose my findings for the night. People involved in the operation, 3 males and 1 female(Prevent us from being targeted as potential buyer). There are 3 categories of people who are willing to be part of the transaction.
The Taxi Driver. Most of them will go a few rounds before deciding on their choice.
OR
Guys in their Twenties
+
OR
Old Uncle in late forties or older

The above group forms majority of the customers and most of them drive sports car.
Map of Changi Village(Drawn by me)
We started our ambushing at the car park shown on the map. And as soon as we saw a transaction that is going on, we go into high alert. When the seller starts to enter the buyer's car, we start the engine and follows the car. We lost the 1st car on our 1st attempt near Old Changi Hospital. 20mins later, we went back to the same car park, off the engine and started a long wait. Finally, we saw a taxi pulling over near one of the seller after making many rounds in the car park. However, our 2nd attempt is a failure as one slow moving car blocked our way and we lost sight of the taxi. With a never say die spirit, we went back to the car park, but we parked nearer. Finally, after a long wait, we saw one of the seller entering one of the car with 2 guys inside. Armed with more experience, we tailed the car carefully and reached a small road that led us to the golf course. We pretended to be looking lost and make a slow u-turn out of the golf course. The buyer's car stop at the grass patch of the golf course and as we passed by, one of us noticed that one of them in the car was not wearing any top. Furthermore, it was not the only car there, another car was there too and we can see a head popping out from the rear window of the car. The location is shown as the red cross on the map.
After, a successful attempt, we head over to East Coast Park for more action. To be continued...
