I am really very sick of the life that I am living in now. Since young till now, almost everything is too smooth sailing for me. I gotten almost everything I wanted and having wonderful parents. This sounds like a good life for almost everyone. I agree, other than some minor setbacks, I have nothing much to worry about. However, this causes me to live another day without planning for my future. When people ask about my plan, I had none. I been living in a cage, I wanted to get out of it yet I am afraid of leaving it behind. Primary sch to secondary sch to JC to uni, this is the path what most or every parents wanted their kids to follow. I am in such a path too. However, I wanted to get out of it every minute, I don't want to be a mass production product coming out for the same factory line. Yet, I cannot. I cannot disappoint them.

Hotel Stay At Conrad

I finally got my ass down to upload all the photos and share it on my blog. It been on my facebook since the eve of cny and today is already the last day of cny. As I mention before, I went for an overnight hotel stay at conrad with my group of friends. We been wanting to do it since last year, but we never got anything planned out. It was on one random sentosa trip with a random asking and we got everything settled within a day. Totally randomness.

I wouldn't say this is the biggest hotel toilet, I went to before. But, it is rather acceptable with huge panel of mirror, bathtub and a shower partition.

While the rest of them are busy putting makeup or whatever things they are doing in the toilet, I decided to play with my camera. haha.

Group photo before going out for a drink. I am supposed to implant someone head into the photo. However, i couldn't find time for it. I will try it when I have the time.

She was lost in city hall. Looking around for direction.

We went to Clinic for some alcohol. Bad choice to go there. Expensive and not nice at all.

The little amount of alcohol at clinic cannot satisfy the others' craving for more, so we head over to Cafe Iguana for more. I don't really like alcoholic drinks because of a reason. You will know why soon.

The reason I don't like alcoholic drink is because my face turns red easily with just little amount of alcohol. I guess it runs in my family's genes. This photo is still not as red, I have another worst photo, I look like a cooked crab. No way, will I post that photo here.

Especially after the alcohol effect, super high and fun while walking back to the hotel from clarke quay to Conrad Hotel. I hope the blogging bug will affect me again. 毕竟是过年，还是说些快了的事以免扫了大家的兴。就在这星期五，我将会和一群好友到酒店开房去。不过，别想歪了。我们只是想尝试在外头玩个痛快后不用回家，而又有一群好友着倍你。何乐而不为。

Pre-CNY preparation

CNY is here again. It means an extra excuse to buy new clothes. 3days ago, I had totally no idea of what to wear for this cny. Thus 2days ago, I embarked on a journey to town with a friend of mine to search for clothes. Went to bugis as the first stop, after much squeezing and looking---->Took mrt to Orchard road---->and walk to Somerset---->Dhoby Ghaut--->Took mrt to City Hall to meet other friends. In the end, because of one comment that 1 of them made, we walked all the way back to Orchard road from City Hall. haha. The walk almost killed me. I am quite a fussy buyer hence I only ended up with 2 pieces of clothing after 1 whole day of walking and shopping. The next day, I went to Orchard Road again. But with an idea of what to buy, hence it only took me half a day to buy 1 item. LOL. I guess the shopping is really taking a toll on me, because I am sick now. sad.....

It is already the 3rd week of school.

Since school started, I been taking mrt more frequently. I always try to avoid taking mrt because, mrt can kill. Firstly, if I have to take a long ride via mrt, my lips will starting peeling due to the lack of water and the worst is die from dehydration. Secondly, if I were to take mrt which travel from bukit batok towards jurong east during the peak hour, I may die from breaking my bones. One part of the track is so rocky and if you were to stand at the wrong place with no handle to hold on to, you can only rely on your own circus balancing skill. Thirdly, I may become invisible or squash if someone with very bad eyesight walk in and stand beside me. Some people just treat you as invisible and keep moving backward inch by inch till you are sticking to the door panel. I encountered that last week, one female subject who I assume is a ntu student too from her conversation was talking to her friends. I was standing beside the door leaning on the glass partition, the short trip from boon lay to jurong east almost makes me feel like a sardine fish even though the cabin is not pack. She was inching back and back every second till I feel her bag literally lying on my hand. Lastly, mrt is a heaven for some stupid idiotic idiots call the stompers. I guess they are just stupid idiotic brainless idiots. All in all, I just don't enjoy mrt ride as it is so stressful.

20 More Minutes to My Birthday

Oh Gosh, I feel so old now. I am like turning 23 in less than 20mins time. My friends celebrated my birthday just now over a dinner. It is good that I have the company of my good friends whom I know for about a decade for the whole of today. I feel very blessed to have such great friends. They gave me a simple yet sweet surprise that I totally never expect of.

I hope my life will be like a photograph, as it gets older, it gets more vintage and valuable. And I hope my times I have with my friends will be able to fill up albums of photographs.

QB, Thx alot for calling me and sang me a birthday song even when you are at HongKong. I am really very touched. Really, I swear.

Sending QB off for Exchange

QB is off to HongKong for exchange. I slept for only 2 hours and woke up at 4am to send my buddy off. He totally don't know that we will be going to send him off because his flight is in the wee hours and I never told him about it. All the best to you in HongKong. Some random facts about me

1) I like the thrill of watching horror movies. However, I always watch them with half of my eyes close during the most terrifying part.

2) Whenever a Hongkong production company logo shows up during the start of a movie, I always link it as a horror movie since young. The logo is red in colour with 4 rectangles.

3) I am a city boy and I am afraid to touch almost everything alive except human beings.

4) One particular bug is my number 1 nemesis, because it is always flying towards me.

5) I am pretty picky about my food. And I don't eat beef, mutton, (clams, mussels, oysters, and others which looks like them), pig's intestine, cuttlefish, ladyfingers and others. I cannot remember all for now.

6) I prefer noodles and potatoes over rice.

7) I drink milk and eat an apple almost everyday.

8) French Fries is my favourite food since young. I am never sick of them even after finishing 8 packets of large fries at science centre and having a box of fries in the size of a birthday cake box in brisbane.

9) I always played real-life fighting game with my brothers and cousins when young. And my forte is in using my legs. Thats why, I am a Taekwondo Black Belt.

10) My teachers remember me by my handwriting. I have handwriting which looks like it is written by a kid.

The battle of 3 different cameras

I was cam whoring in the name of "Testing out my cameras" this evening before going for my cousin's wedding dinner. 3 cameras were put to the test. Apple iphone, Panasonic Lumix and Sony alpha. It is super obvious which camera is the winner.

First up. Apple iphone 3G(My phone).

The image is rather grainy and very blur.

Next Panasonic Lumix(My Digi cam).

Maybe it is because of the way I took the photo. One side of my face is cast with shadow. However, the focus point is still not there yet.

Lastly, Sony alpha(My Dslr).

The photo is clear and not over or under exposed. But I cheated a bit, because I used my prime lens which is very fast and has a large aperture.

Obviously, the winner is my dslr. The amount of money spent on the camera and lens are also much higher. LOL.

On a sidenote, my cousin's wedding is a cozy affair with only family members from both sides. The wedding was held on the 60th floor of uob tower. The highest wedding dinner I had in terms of number of floors. Have to change lift 3 times and escalator for 1 time to reach that place. I realise that my cheeks looks quite chubby in the 2nd photo.

I been pretty busy this few days. Went for car servicing on monday which took up half of my day and got a new haircut. I went to my friend's house to bake a cheesecake on tuesday. Her house seems to have everything needed, so we always go there for mahjong or to chilled out. The cheesecake turns out pretty yummy. Got to go sleep soon.

SAF is a very well organised organisation as a whole and it is really a must for Singapore to implement a law that all Singaporean males have to serve the country for 2 years via army. I really applaud MM Lee for having the vision of a civilian army in Singapore. However, it is the people who run the army that ruin the way saf works. I enjoyed and yet hated my 2 years in army. Of course, my hatred is caused by some people working in the army who are pretty inflexible and stupid yet able to exercise their superiority due to their rank and not because of their brains. I do hope that there will be a big cleanup in the army personnel and not giving the rank for those who are only fitter physically yet dumber in every sense.

Overall, I am glad to went through army as I made friends and learn new stuffs. The only thing I dread is ippt. How I wish that it only happens during my nsf life and not as a nsman. I am going for ippt tomorrow.Wish me luck because I always fail my chin-up.

I just learnt that my physics teacher during JC times passed away during this October. It came as a shock to me when I am told of it by another teacher of mine. The last time I saw him was last year june at a hawker centre in chinatown. He was still happily telling me that he was planning to go on a holiday with his wife and he been traveling around since his retirement. He was still as healthy as before, but just within a year, he passed away. Rest in peace Mr Tai. I am really very fortunate to have you as my teacher. Haiz. Life is so short and sudden.

I want thighs!!! not drumsticks!!!

I went into a fastfood restaurant that is famous for selling something that looks like what is in the photo and is fried.

As usual, I asked for only thighs while ordering my 2 person meal. Maybe due to some karma that I accumulated unknowingly, that chicky staff only allows me to have 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. I am fine with it though, as it is usually luck that allows me to meet a nice chicky staff who allows me to have all thighs. However, the most ironic part is, that particular staff double check with the buddy meal poster in front of the cash register that she is not wrong in not allowing me to have all thighs. The reason? The photos shows 2 drumsticks, thus my meal must die die consists of 2 drumsticks. So inflexible. When a company is out to earn your money, the consumers will always be on the losing end with all the tiny weeny wordy conditions hidden in a place where you need microscope to figure out what they are.

On a good note, exams is over. Yeeeeehaaaaa. Need to arrange my study table before the next semester start and start making plans for my holiday.

I believe in changes because the only constant in this world is time. I believe I am changing too, be it in thinking or character. As age catches up, you tend to think more about your life. What you wish to achieve, your ideal life and how can you achieve it. Few years back, I am still living in my very protected world with everything taken care of and plan by my parents. After army, I am exposed to many different things and people. When people ask me why, I find no answer for it. When I was asked to do certain thing even simple thing like asking for direction, I will panic and squirm. Because, I am not confident in my own abilities. However, I am becoming more confident of myself recently. I guess that is a change for me. I started to pursue things that I like and not wanting to be just a boring wallpaper among people. Because, I know that I have to stand out from others in order to succeed and gain recognition. Lastly, I accept who I am now and awaits the new changes in me.

It just sucks to be stuck at neither here nor there. Imagine you are given a choice to choose either A or B. However, after a dent is made, you no longer prefer to choose A. Of course, B will be the next best and easier choice. Yet, you still feel bad for not choosing A. So it just sucks to be at this point where you have to take into everyone into consideration while choosing. Okay, enough of my rantings.

On sidenote, I wish to adopt a dog as pet. But given my mum mentality about the hassle of keeping a dog. She gives me a no as her answer. I have told my aunt about this issue today and she suggests that I adopt a dog together with 2 of my other cousins who wish to have a dog too and are facing with the same problem as me, THE MOTHERS. However, I doubt it will be viable as all of us are not living nearby each others. And the dog will confuse too. haha. So I will just keep this as a dream first and work towards proving to my mum that I can take the responsibility of having a dog. I shall go back to my dream now.

Studied till 4am at NTU. The most shocking thing is, NTU is still full of people even during the wee hours. We have people walking around, talking and studying. So, if anyone are looking for the latest nightspot in Singapore, head down to NTU which is located at a remote part of Singapore. You will be able to get close to nature ala fresh air and with the nearby Lim Chu Kang cemeteries, it is certainly the latest happening nightspot in Singapore.

This morning, while talking to my dad, I realised that an internet lingo is now officially in my vocabularies. I never failed to use it almost everyday. The word is LOL not L.O.L . If you don't understand the meaning of it, kindly head to the nearest available wall and bang yourself against it pls. Yeap.

The next thing that I wanted to conclude for today is *drumrolls..... I managed to persuade myself to go swimming after exams. However, with my usual self, I am afraid that it will not comes true again. Because, I made a silent vow in my heart a few months ago that I will go running at least once a week. However, after 1 run and that is it. haha.

First step towards my swimming vow: Invest in a new swimming trunk. The only serviceable trunk that I have left is the issued SAF trunk and it just don't fit me at all.

2nd step: Ensure that my goggle is working fine.

3rd step: Any kind soul out there who want to join me (*winks at a person living at Woodlands circle) .

4th step: The sunblocks for face and body that I am using now are not empty. I love the sun but not the uv rays. There are just so bad for my skin. And I made such conclusion during my last trip to sentosa beaches. Even after applying sunblocks for my face and skin, it still don't help at all. I was like peeling and aching from the burning effect for 1 week. And tanning is just so old days to me like JC period? After NS, sun is a no no to me. Someone please give me the shade I need.

After completing the above 4 points, I will be ready for my swimming trip after exams.

Thats me with my harry potter spec with popeye's arm and a sullen face. Woot. My eyebrows still look dark but way too dark and thick after this photo with effect. Wahahahaha. Let me die laughing.

I guess my readership will drop to zero after looking at this pic of me and everyone will be scrambling for the exit button if they somehow landed here, much less looking at my older post. haha.

I was having grapes and bread to satisfy my hunger pangs. The grapes taste great, but I don't like the seeds in it. Seedless grapes are way better, can pop them into my mouth as snack any time any place, and they are healthy too. So I am wondering, without grapes farmers, will seedless grapes able to grow new vines and produce more seedless grapes?

The best I had is still found only in Taiwan. However, the one below is not the one I always had while at Taiwan.

I have things to blog about. However, something is stopping me from blogging. Something more important. Guess what... Because, whenever I am in front of my laptop, I will have others distractions namely, FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE. I guess both becomes a habit for me. Firstly, Facebook, I will always go facebook to peek at my friends' new updated photos or any status update. Haha. Secondly, Youtube, there is alot of interesting videos on it. So most of the time, I will forget about blogging.

I was at my uncle house few hours ago and he showed us photos taken long ago. I realise, my cousins, brothers and I have change quite alot and we are all getting older. Luckily, it is the change for better not the other way round. And my grandpa was quite handsome when he was young. My mum actually looks like a boy when young with those short hair and boy's clothing. However, I cannot show any photos here. Because, it is at my uncle's house.

I refused to blog for the past 2 weeks. All I can say is that I have a new haircut today. Wahahaha. I smell haze particles in the air now. All I can say is that it is Genting Highland minus the coldness, minus the dry air plus smelly air == Singapore. I am still waiting for photos taken while at One 15 Marina Club at Sentosa. It is an exclusive places for the affluent and one of my friends belongs to that category so we managed to get into the club. That person who is holding on to the photos and videos. Hungry Ghost Festival is here. I been wanting to post this video 2 days ago. However, blogger is still going haywire at times. Before watching the video. I would like to take this chance to warn whoever is reading this. Taboos during lunar 7th Month.

O. Finally, blogger is back to normal on my macbk. School just started and STARS war is going on furiously for the past week. I shall resume back to blogging after settling my school stuffs. One thing that been bothering me for more than a month. I don't know whether I should be happy or sad. I gained weight during the holiday. I been wanting to gain some weight since young and I should be happy with the weight I have now. However, they are fats that are accumulating at the wrong place. OMG. Winter at Brisbane Day 4

Kind of lazy this few days. So pardon me for the late update. I am back in Singapore for 1 week 2days and counting. Singapore weather is really humid and hot, have to change out of my clothes everyday. Unlike in Oz, I can just re-wear the clothes I wore few days back and put on my jacket. Volia, it looks like it is a new set of clothes. I am not trying to be unhygienic over there, but I seldom sweat over there and the clothes still smell nice. hahaha.

A casual and good place to relax and rot in a late morning.

I am too chicken to try this ride at Wet n Wild. But I tried Superman Escape at Movie World. So ironical.

If you are wondering, why are we all fully clothed in a water based theme park. The reason is, we only took photos after we finished all the rides and bathed. Walking around with just my boardshorts in a 10 plus degree celsius weather is no fun.

Tribute to Michael Jackson

I am back in Singapore. Touched down at Changi Airport Terminal 1 yesterday. Within a few steps after walking out of the airport, I started to sweat like a pig. It is really hot here. I only found out about the news about Michael Jackson's Death while I was in the car traveling back to my cousin's Brisbane home through the radio.

Below is me singing Michael Jackson's Heal The World. I am not a fan of his, but I like this song a lot the first time I heard it during my secondary school days. Anyway, I recorded my singing for the sake of fun, only sang the first part and one chorus. Furthermore, his key is kind of high for me. So, pardon me for causing noise pollution.

On day 3, we went to the first of the three theme parks that we will be going. SEA WORLD which is located near Surfers' Paradise.

Manage to get discount. Au$69.90 for 3 theme parks. Sea World, Wet n Wild and Movie World. Discount available for students studying in Aussie. Use my cousin friend's student pass to get the discount. Or else one theme park alone will cost at least Au$69.95.

Winter at Brisbane Day 2

Finally, I manage to upload the photos on my blog. On the second day of our trip, we drove up to Mount Tamborine which is located at Queensland. The view on the way up and the view on top of the mountain is really awesome. Went t0 glow worms farm, winery and a cheese factory. I love the place alot. Peaceful, beautiful and good weather.

Update at Brisbane part 2

Better post what I been doing in Brisbane before I left out any important stuff.

Day 1: Arriving at Brisbane International Airport. It was already 2am over at Brisbane when we turn in. Woke up at around 12pm which is consider late over here as the shops and attractions close at 5pm. In the end, we ended up at Gold Coast Surfers' Paradise. The beach over here is really beautiful. After dinner, we travelled back to Brisbane City and had a small picnic over at Mt-Coot-Tha.

Day 2: Woke up pretty early and had a small roadtrip up to Mt Tamborine. The view on the way up is superb with farms and beautiful landscape around us. We went to glow worm cave, winery, cheese factory and a waterfall. But the most memorable thing that happens that day is the forfeit of eating jelly beans if you lose in daidee and indian poker. The jelly beans consist of super digusting and super nice flavours.

Day 3: Our start of the visit to one of the world. Seaworld. Managed to get student discount by using xw's friends student pass. Au$69.90 for 3 theme park. Or else, we have to pay Au$69.95 for each world. Had some rollercoaster rides for a few times till the theme park close. After that, we went to a place with alot of asian foods and asians. Had Taiwanese foods.

Day 4: Woke up super early and head over to Wet n Wild. Imagine only wearing boardshorts in a 10plus degree celsius weather. It was super cold. But very fun. hahaha. After that we head over to Harbour Town, a shopping paradise with lots and lots of discount on branded stuff.

Day 5: Visit to Currumbim Sanctuary to visit koalas and kangroos. And a visit to honeyworld. Both are at Gold Coast. Had our first KFC meal at Australia. Then, we head back to Brisbane city to catch Transformer 2 at a cinema.

Day 6: The last theme park and the most famous one left. MOVIE WORLD. Super crowded. Three of us except Ai Wei queue up for 1hour plus just to ride the scariest roller coaster over at Movie World. Superman Escape. 0-100km/hr in 2sec. We went back to Brisbane City to return our car and explore the area. Domino's pizza is on discount every tuesday, therefore, we had it for dinner. A$5.50 for a large pizza. Worth it huh? The last activity of the day was a river ride along Brisbane River which is super long and all of us from hype to sleepy.

Day 7/Today: Strawberry Farm visit and we went Sunshine Coast/Noosa after that. And guess what we hire a boat to go fishing and operate it on our own. Managed to caught a grand total of 5 fishes but they are smaller than 25cm, so we had to release them back to the sea.

Due to some internet connection problems over here, I have some problems loading photos up on my blog and facebook. But it is a fun trip so far albeit the food here is kind of expensive. It is so troublesome to try talking in their accent so that they can understand what you are talking about. Fair Enough. Their favourite phrase. 我沿着那段弯曲的小路行驶着，脑海里一片的空白。引擎的声音，风的嘘声与阳光的照射都变成了哭喊，埋怨与阴暗。我两眼放空和双手僵硬的握着驾驶盘，安全的抵达了目的地。我下了车，走向那与道路平行的海岸。沙子与海水的交界处吞没了哭喊，埋怨与阴暗。就在这时，一粒足球滚着滚着轻轻的碰了我赤裸的右脚。我弯下身子想把球捡起，却听见有人喊着：“爸爸，爸爸。”。那把声音越来越大声，我抬起了头，看见了一个小小的身影慢慢的逼近我。看着看着，那名小男孩长的酷似我儿时。“爸爸，爸爸，快把球踢过来。”：那小男孩喊着。我愣了一会才回过神来。原来，就在我行驶时的当儿，十年已过，我已成了一名爸爸。

或许十年后的今天，这已成了事实。不过，今时今日，我不是故事里的主人翁，而是那名喊着爸爸的小男孩。父亲节快要来临了，所以我想在这里对我爸爸说的是父亲节快乐，这二十二年来您辛苦了，谢谢您所付出的这一切。

Food Food Part 2 (Japanese Food)

Waraku Pasta

I met up with a friend of mine to go to the IT show. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we arrived at city hall pretty late. With an empty stomach and after considering other places for dinner, we decided to pop in to this particular restaurant which is located at Marina Square. Actually, my mind was filled with buffet at that time, cause I was too hungry. But, due to the lack of time. No choice, sucks thumb, have to eat at an ala carte restaurant. Even though I was feeling really hungry at that time, I can only describe the pasta in one sentence. Do not be deceive by the looks of the display sets at the glass panel.

My friend's Beef Stew Pasta. The main point of the pasta is beef, yet the beef fails miserably in taste.

My Katsu don minus the rice plus the pasta. Average only.

My lunch on saturday, before my aunt starts her shopping spree. The restaurant is located at the level where you have to go into Isetan in order to reach that level.

I think we ordered too much and ended walking out of the restaurant on a very bloated stomach. The unagi on the unagi roll is really delicious. And according to my mum and aunt, the shellfish thingy tastes really good. The most disappointing dish is the fugu. They don't serve raw which is kind of disappointing and I guess it is still difficult to find fugu sashimi in Singapore. Overall, the food there is pretty good. Luckily, I went with my mum and aunt. Or else, the bill of $116 plus for 3 pax is kind of expensive for a student like me.

10 more days. And I will be heading to Brisbane. Yeah, so happy. Especially, it is winter over at Down Under. A good friend of mine will be heading to Melbourne too, but one day earlier than me. Hope both of us will have fun over there even though we will be at different cities of Australia. Have to go down to Australia Embassy tomorrow to amend an error on my visa.

Been going out everyday and today is the only day that I am at home in the evening time. Furthermore, in about a week time, I will not be in Singapore for 12days. Going Brisbane to visit my cousin. We will be renting a car and drive while at Australia. Before, I go Australia, I will post some photos that I took recently. And today will be on Korean Food.

This restaurant has an open concept, so people are able to see what you are having when they pass by the restaurant. As usual in most Korean/Jap restaurant found in Singapore, most of the waiters/waitresses are not korean/japanese. Therefore, you can forget about asking them which dishes is better.

This restaurant serves authentic korean food and all of the waiters/waitresses are koreans except for one. I guess the non-korean is there to help those who cannot understand korean. So far, it is one of the best korean food I had in Singapore.

How do you define fashion? For me, as long as you are feeling comfortable and confident with what you are wearing. It is fashion to me. What is Singaporeans' fashion sense? Take a walk along Orchard Road or any HDB area, the most common attire is berms and the ever popular T-shirt. This attire applies to any ages, race, religions, languages and gender. Because, we are all Singaporeans and we are following what our national pledge says. We pledge ourselves as one united people, regardless of race, languages and religions. Therefore, our attire is the same too. However, there is nothing wrong with wearing berms and t-shirt. Nobody will be telling you that what you are wearing is fashionable or unfashionable. There is only this term called appropriate or inappropriate.

If people want to compare our dressing sense to other countries, compare us with countries that have the same weather as us. My teacher was telling me that when summer arrive in Germany, you can see many people tanning in nude. This is because, out of a year, 8months in Germany is winter. That is why, Singaporeans don't have such a habit of tanning.

Let's talk about a nearby country which many mandopop lovers want to visit one day. Taiwan. From, tv shows or Taiwan drama, they may appeared well dressed. Because why? It is all for show. Most Taiwaneses also prefer to deck out in berms and t-shirt during summer time. But, the only difference is that, most of the girls over there apply at least some foundation before going out. I guess their percentage of girls who apply make up is the same as Singaporean girls who don't apply any make up. However, this cannot be blame, Singapore is too humid and the make up will smudge over time.

My grooming procedures before I go out. First, brush my teeth. Next, apply sunblock if I am going out in the day. Thirdly, wear my clothes and blow dry my hair follow by applying clay and if I am lazy on that day, I will just wear a cap. Next, go to the toilet to make sure that the hair is okay. Lastly, before going out, have a cup of water or fruit and go to the toilet to look at the mirror again. Finally, I can go out now. All is done in 30mins time. Haha.

Are you able to name anyone you know who don't own a flip flop? I mean it is appropriate to wear flip flops. Unless you are wearing pants with flip flops? Flip flop goes well with berms much better than wearing leather shoes with berms. My flip flops have travel with me to many places in Singapore and other countries and I am not embarrass to show them to the public. There is nothing wrong with wearing them around.

I hereby conclude that there is nothing wrong with Singaporean Dressing Sense

If you dare to defy me, You will get it from me!

Next up, pajamas. I go OMG when I saw this. Going out in pj is way too comfortable for me as a dressing code to go out. It is a no no for me to go out in pj unless I am paid to do so. haha. If little children were to wear pj out for some late night shopping, you will think that they are so cute. But if I caught an adult wearing that, I will go like eeeeek and ask the person not to come out and scare people cause it is not halloween yet.

A Letter to my grandma/给婆婆的一封信

After a visit to the hospital today, I feel a sense of losing. A sense of losing someone dear to me. I do not wish the same incident which occurs more than 2 years ago to happen again. She is my only grandparent that is still living and breathing the same air with me. I know that I may seems quite nonchalant for the past few times that she entered a hospital, but this time round, it is different. I can see that she is suffering on the hospital bed, but there is nothing that I can do to help her. Although, she has not been living with me for more than ten years, the bond between her and me was built since I was born on 21st Jan 1987. I know I am her favourite grandchild since young and she will always ask my parents where I am and what I am doing whenever I never follow them to visit her at her house or hospital. Yet, I seldom do my part as her grandchild. However, after today visit, I know that deep down my heart, she plays an important part in my life. I hope that my visit to the hospital today will makes her feels happier as I can see her trying hard to smile albeit with the breathing mask on her mouth when I visited her today.

给婆婆的一封信：

谢谢您这些年来的关怀与照顾，我知道我是无能偿还您对我所付出的一切。刚进幼稚园时，您常常牵着我的小手带我上学。不过，我却时常不让你牵着我，因为，我觉得您的手太粗了。随着岁月的洗澧与成长，我才知道您那双手是因为多年来的艰辛而得来的。不过，当我已懂事时，您已经没有和我住在一起了，而我也有了自己的生活。因此，我和您见面的时间也渐渐的减少了。婆婆，我真的很希望您能永远的照顾我，我知道这要求很自私。不过，我希望我这要求能让您好起来，至少也要让我慢慢的报答您。

I am back. It is a fulfilling trip, completed our objective that we are supposed to do. However, the weather there is pretty hot and I now have a big X marking on both of my feets due to the sun and my havianas. And I bought more clothes for myself. Hahaha.

OUR LOOTS: We brought back a total of more than 80 clothes, however, the clothes that we bought are not for our own, we have other uses for them.

The Sky is Mine

Tada... Tiger Airway, The cheapest way to fly and my 3rd time on tiger. Roarrrr. However, I have to suffer because the seats are quite squeezy for someone like me who has a pair of long legs

Yup. Thailand. Sawadekap. Learned a bit of thai from my last thailand trip

I was there around a year ago. And now, I am going there again.

Speaking of last year, I went overseas for like 5 times! Although not to very far places. Went Genting/KL twice, Thailand, Sarawak/Kuching and Taiwan. However, some of my closest friends went overseas a lot of times too. We even try to compare with each others who travelled the most last year. A few of them travelled to Hong Kong(One of them went there super last minute, I only found out that she is in HK when i received her sms on New Year Day.), one went Japan, one went to almost all the south east asia countries(Except Laos and Myanmar), and one of them actually went to Europe(Ahhh.. envy envy). So, I concluded that last year was a jet settling year for us.

So, I will be back again on 28th May 2009. Off, I go to the airport in few hours time.

P.S Anyone who need someone to bring them around Taiwan can call me. But, must pay my airtix and accommodation.

This is a seriously outdated post. Almost forgot to blog about it. I went prawning the week before I start work which is like last week? LOL. I caught the most prawns in that 3 hours. A total of around 25 prawns, so happy. And our total catch for the prawning trip? 74 prawns.

Heard this term from a friend of mine. Which is like what hag is to haggard and shag to shaggard. And it totally fits what I been feeling for this 2 days. Luckily, tomorrow is the last day. And here I come BANGKOK after 1 year and guess what I just booked the air tickets today. Haha. Lastly, No riots or anything please. The last riot at the airport spoilt my holiday with my family.

Hello people. I will be working from today onwards till Wednesday at Raffles Place. Working with a tour agency that is promoting Japan. So, if any of you are near the area, feel free to come and find me. It is just infront of Raffles Mrt Station. Only took a few photos today, but not very nice. I will take more photos with my friends in yataku tomorrow.

And lastly, I will be going bangkok next week with a friend of mine if nothing went wrong. It is a last minute decision. Not for holiday though, have more important things to do. But, I will still take as many photos as possible.

好久没用华文了。偶尔，用韩文或华文来表达自己也是挺不赖的。因为，我个人觉得华语的文法和读法都远远的比英语来的多点色彩。很可惜的是大多数人在离开学校后都把普通话／华文退还给老师了。因为我的华语发音不是很标准，所以我的华语偶尔被要好的朋友批评。不过，我相信我能把发音的问题给改掉的。

刚过的星期一，我和我的一名朋友就到了双溪布洛湿地保护区。回到家的那一夜，我的双脚觉的好痒好痛又红又肿，大慨是被东西咬到了。幸好，现在已无大碍了。以下照片是我的朋友所拍的。

A Half an Hour Trip Above of Singapore

All photos below were taken while on a Ferris Wheel in Singapore. Oops, ferris wheel sounds too amusement park, it should be Singapore Flyer. The path to the ride makes you feel as though you are going on a plane. However, do not expect much as you may be high up many metres above sea level in few minutes time. But, that is the highest you can go, and you will still be in Singapore.

As we went on a weekday, we get to have the whole capsule to ourselves, thanks to the person on duty. So here goes...

Been going out for most of the days this week. So, this blog becomes rather stagnant this week. Below are photos taken while having dinner at raffles hotel.

Our starter. Calamari. $13.90 for 13 pieces. I normally don't eat sotong. But, they don't taste like sotong at all. So, I think that the calamari is really nice.

No Smoking Please

The cheapest drink you can find in the restaurant. Cost me $3++. Even normal soda drinks like coke costs $7.

Look at the bill. It only costs us $47.40. Thanks to Benjamin. We had 50% waived off our bill.

Upon reaching Changi Hospital

We went up a flight of stairs with no lighting as the lift was out of order.

Doctors and nurses were busy attending to the patients. Children was running around and it was a chaotic scene.

And someone scolded my secondary school. Screw the person who did this.

Out of a sudden, we heard a kitten meowing for help and a bright light shone into the room we were in. Poof... Our surrounding looks old, broken windows, burning papers on the floor, mosquitoes buzzing around us hungry for blood and graffitis are all over the walls. The ground we were stepping on looks so dirty and with lots of shattered glasses.

We were in 1989 then.

We may have been there if we are born in a different era.

Everything went back to normal and the calendar shows 2009
